California State University of San Bernardino College of Education  

The construction of a new 130,000 square-foot, three story mixed-use office and lab building including new air handlers, smoke evacuation system, chilled and heating hot water systems and split system AC units with refrigerant piping. The building features a new Student Services area, Literacy Center, four large computer labs, Technology Support Center, “smart” classrooms, 110 faculty offices  and fifteen lecture classrooms.
