Project Description
The first phase of this project was to analyze the building’s existing mechanical system and structure and identify the components to be removed or updated, such as defunct piping and gypsum concrete walls. Next, through 3D BIM modeling, PPC developed a strategy to accommodate the updated requirements in this 18,000 square-foot, three story building, which consists of laboratories, classrooms and offices.
